Vision

The RSUMC Youth Ministries Mission is to reach students where they are, direct them in their relationship with Christ & other believers, recharge them in their faith, lead them to react to their ministry gifts.

Ministries

• Creative Arts Ministry

  Program created to provide students opportunities to react to their gifts & talents. Creative Art Groups meet different times throughout the week to prepare & practice. Each Creative Art group participates in Church Worship Services & Special programs, as well as events throughout the community.

  For: 6th-12th Grade Students
  Location: The Bridge Classroom

  For: 6th-12th Grade Students, Invitation to join.
  Location: Choir Room

• Prime Time Live

  For: 6th-12th Grade Students
  When: Sundays from 5 to 7pm.
  Where: The Spring
  What: A mix of Games, Youth-led Worship, Message & Discussion. We also provide a snack dinner! It allows time for leaders & students to be together. This program is aimed at reaching students.

• Sunday School Info

  Its where Students can discuss relevant issues and encourage one another in their walk with Christ.

• Road Trips & Special Events

  The Youth Ministries is committed to fun, adventurous, and relevant trip experiences that focus on discipleship and evangelism. They are as follows:

  Annual Trips

  Winter Spiritual Retreat: A spiritual renewal weekend in Gatlinburg, Tennessee designed to escape the daily grind of life and school and focus on being with one another and focusing on our relationship with God. It usually takes place in the month of either January or February. The High School & Middle School go on separate weekends!

  Panama City Beach Mission Trip: We mix service projects, fun on the beach, and worship! It typically happens during Walker & Catoosa Spring Break! It is for students 6th-12th grades!
